MARINA PORT VALENCIA, COMMITTED TO A SAFER, MORE MODERN, AND INTEGRATED MARINA WITH THE CITY

At Marina Port Valencia, we are committed to transforming the port environment into a more modern, nautical, and attractive space, both for the city and for visitors arriving by land or sea.

In this regard, Marina Port Valencia has launched the first transformation works of the premises, marking the beginning of a new strategic phase in which, for security reasons, closed accesses will be established to preserve the privacy of our clients, but also to avoid bad practices, such as motorcycle or car races, open-air drinking parties, or people swimming in the port basin with the risk that this implies, which have occurred in recent years.

It should be noted that the Marina Port Valencia project includes the construction of new office buildings and coworking spaces, along with commercial and restaurant premises, with terraces-viewpoints and rooftops that will offer full views of the port and the city.

In addition, the expansion and reorganization of moorings in Marina City, Marina Norte, and Marina Sur are planned, capable of receiving vessels from eight to 130 meters with the aim of responding to local demand but also to national or international demand that will reinforce Valencia as a destination, as well as a new industrial shipyard with a travelift for vessels up to 60 meters or 750 tons, along with a dry marina for small lengths.

In this way, to guarantee safety and operational efficiency during this stage of works, we have implemented access controls in the three areas where the corresponding actions are going to be carried out, at the same time that we have reinforced the surveillance and video surveillance services 24/7, maintenance, cleaning, and gardening, with a team of professionals dedicated to offering the best experience to users and visitors.

In short, with these actions, Marina Port Valencia seeks to turn its facilities into a benchmark for national and international yachting, recover the sea industry, promote highly qualified technical employment, and activate an innovative ecosystem of offices, coworking, training, restaurants, leisure, and high-level companies.

Marina Port Valencia is committed to a living, integrated, diverse, sustainable, and accessible marina that values the identity of Valencia, boosts the local economy, and strengthens the connection of the city with its coastline.
