This Action Reinforces the Safety of Moored Vessels and Optimizes the Nautical Space.
Commitment to Sustainability through the Use of Durable Materials that are Respectful of the Environment.

Marina Port Valencia continues its improvement process with the installation of a new mooring system (fixed anchoring system composed of weights -deadweights-, main chains and guides) on the central platform of Marina City and is preparing to add a new platform in front of Veles e Vents, two key elements that will improve the safety and operability of the marina.
These initial actions also include the cleaning and removal of buoys in Marina City, the adaptation of bollards for new lengths, renovated electrical service towers, and infrastructure improvements to offer quality and sustainable services that meet the expectations of users, responding to the growing demand for mooring points.
Among the main benefits of the new mooring system is the reinforced safety for boats, thanks to more stable moorings, with resistance to phenomena such as swells or strong waves; operational efficiency, with a more orderly management of the nautical space; improved maneuverability, facilitating the entry and exit of vessels; and sustainability, since thanks to the durable materials that are respectful of the environment, the environmental impact is minimized, reducing the need for repairs and replacements in the long term.
On the other hand, the new platform in front of Veles e Vents, which will become a reality during the month of September, will allow the expansion of mooring capacity, a more comfortable, safe and modern access for crews and users, as well as greater functionality in boarding, disembarking and technical services operations. And this will also serve to provide better service to the exhibitors of the next Valencia Boat Show, of which Marina Port Valencia is a Premium Partner.
This new structure meets the highest safety standards and is designed with comprehensive modernization criteria, which are being worked on to turn Marina Port Valencia into a nautical space of reference, with the intention of consolidating itself as an international destination of nautical excellence, reinforcing its role as an economic, tourist and social engine in the Mediterranean.
