La Marineta was the epicentre of this year’s event, drawing crowds of visitors from the moment doors opened.
Every day featured activities that attracted hundreds of attendees to the stand. More than eight hundred people took part in gatherings held over the five-day event.
Marina Port Valencia was Premium Partner of the show.
The sixteenth Valencia Boat Show, held between 22 and 26 October, was a roaring success for host and Premium Partner Marina Port Valencia. The La Marineta building became the beating heart of the show, welcoming hundreds of visitors, yacht owners and industry professionals to a vibrant programme of events.
Over the five days, Marina Port Valencia – together with Varadero Valencia and Nautipaints – held various social events to enhance the visitor experience. Highlights included an inaugural fideuá, traditional Valencian paellas accompanied by live music, mojitos and a relaxed weekend brunch. In total, more than eight hundred people took part in these lively gatherings, all of which reflected the warm and welcoming spirit that defines the marina.
Adding to the excitement, Varadero Valencia’s sailboat Aquarelle 1 invited guests and clients on exclusive sails around the Marina Port Valencia waters.
The show’s opening event, held at La Marineta on Wednesday, featured the official presentation of the Marina Port Valencia project, which will mark a milestone for both the city and the future of yachting on the Valencian coast.
“This year’s Valencia Boat Show was truly special – not only because of the outstanding participation, but because it marks a new chapter for yachting on the Valencian coast. Marina Port Valencia is set to become an international benchmark and an economic driving force that will connect the city with the sea”, said Patrick Reynés, CEO of the IPM IMG Group.
Santiago Donat, Director of Marina Port Valencia, added that “the energy at La Marineta over the past few days perfectly reflects our vision – an open, modern and sustainable marina with a refit yard, berths and leisure spaces designed to reconnect Valencia with its maritime roots”.
By taking part in the show, Varadero Valencia underlined its commitment to yachting in Valencia and to the city’s economic, social and maritime development.
