MARINA PORT VALENCIA UNVEILS ITS INNOVATIVE PROJECT FOR THE FIRST TIME AT THE CANNES YACHTING FESTIVAL

Marina Port Valencia positions itself as a new international nautical hub in the mediterranean, connecting with industry professionals, captains, brokers, and marine companies to present its new project.
The team introduced its ambitious plan based on four key areas: four marinas for vessels ranging from 6 to 130 meters, an open shipyard with travelifts of up to 750 tons, office buildings, coworking spaces and commercial units, and a leisure, entertainment, and dining area.
In addition, the site will include offices and units for top-tier marine industry professionals to support the shipyard and vessels.

Marina Port Valencia took part in the Cannes Yachting Festival, held from September 9th to 14th. Over the course of six days, the team welcomed industry professionals, yacht owners, captains, brokers, nautical media, and visitors to their booth (Palais 048), all of whom showed strong interest in learning first-hand about the project.

They expressed their gratitude to everyone who visited their stand to discover the proposal already underway in the city of Valencia. The feedback and conversations made this event an enriching experience, marking a key milestone in the international journey of these facilities.

The boat show provided an excellent opportunity to explain in detail the four main pillars of the project: nautical facilities including four marinas for vessels from 6 to 130 meters; an open, specialized shipyard for repairs and refits, equipped with travelifts of up to 750 tons and ready to provide comprehensive service to boats of various sizes and weights; a space for offices, coworking areas and commercial premises, designed for entrepreneurs, shops, restaurants, and businesses linked to the maritime sector—ideal for professionals seeking a flexible environment closely connected to nautical activities; and finally, a leisure and entertainment zone aimed at transforming the marina into an international destination and a social hub that is also open to the city.

Marina Port Valencia also aimed to spotlight the city of Valencia as an international benchmark in the Mediterranean, offering new opportunities for businesses and marine industry professionals in a modern and unique setting.

The Cannes Yachting Festival was, therefore, an ideal stage to present the project, engage with the industry, and confirm the strong interest in a multifunctional marina model connected to the city.

Following this debut in Cannes, Marina Port Valencia announces its next stop: we will be present at the Monaco Yacht Show from September 25th to 28th at Stand AL43 – Quai Albert IER, where we will continue to share our vision and project updates
