MARINA PORT VALENCIA WILL BE PRESENT AT THE PALMA BOAT SHOW WITH ITS OWN STAND

The Team Will Present the 35-Year Projected New Marina Project.

Details of the four planned areas of activity will be presented: marinas, shipyard, offices and coworking spaces, and event, restaurant, and leisure spaces.

The Stand Will be Located in the Superyacht Village Area, SY20.

Marina Port de Valencia debuts at the Palma Superyacht Village, which is held from April 30 to May 3 with its own stand. This participation marks the beginning of the trajectory of an innovative project that aspires to become an international benchmark for nautical sports destinations. The initiative is the result of an alliance between two major players in the nautical sports sector, IPM-IMG Group and Ocibar, who combined their experience and resources to design a first-class marina aimed at transforming Valencia as a nautical destination and integrating the port with the city.

With three marinas capable of accommodating vessels between 8 and 130 meters and an 80,000 m² shipyard equipped with a travelift of up to 750 tons, Marina Port de Valencia will offer a quality service to all its clients who come by boat. But in addition, Marina Port de Valencia will go beyond nautical activities by including a modern commercial and business area that will integrate two leading office buildings and coworking spaces with restaurants overlooking the Mediterranean, and different areas for leisure, entertainment, and dining.

This marina concept will promote port-city integration, enhancing the experience of customers by land and sea, visitors, and residents. In addition, its commitment to the environment will ensure a balance between development and respect for the environment and will be supported by a type of integrated and sustainable building.

During the Palma Superyacht Village, the Marina Port de Valencia sales team will present all the improvements they have made so far while advancing details of their upcoming nautical, business, and leisure developments at their SY20 stand. «We are very excited about our participation in the Palma Superyacht Village and being able to show everything we have planned to make Valencia an even more international destination, if possible,» says Santiago Donat, General Manager of Marina Port Valencia. «Having our own stand at one of the best-known fairs in the nautical sector will allow us to share with our current and potential clients our work done to date and give them a preview of our ambitious future plans.»

Marina Port de Valencia invites all attendees to discover a project that is redefining the concept of a marina, becoming a benchmark for innovation, sustainability, and urban connection.
