Sales team already supporting prospective clients with personalised advice on range of berth sales and rental options
Users to be given detailed information on available berths, with sales and rental options spanning 10, 15 or 20 years.
Marina Port Valencia is making further headway in its redevelopment project with the launch of berth sales and rental options across its marinas. This process will be rolled out in phases, alongside the ongoing works, as each area is following its own timeframe.
Positioned closer to the city, the aptly named Marina Cityset within the innermost area of the port – has been designed to welcome yachts from 12 to 130 metres, including one of the project’s most exclusive pontoons, the central pontoon, with berths from 15 metres in length available on 10-, 15- or 20-year agreements. It will also include dedicated berths for yachts between 24 and 60 metres, positioning it as a key component of the development and the first to be delivered, with availability expected at the start of the season.
Boats will benefit from services including 24-hour security, fuel supply, parking and environmental management, alongside a wider range of developments spanning leisure, innovation and yachting services – forming a 360° ecosystem aligned with its vision of bringing the city closer to the sea.
The sales team is already working with interested yacht owners, providing information and personalised support, a process that will continue to evolve in the coming phases of the project.
