Marina Port Valencia showcases launch of berth sales at Marina City

Marina Port Valencia last week took part in Palma International Boat Show, one of the leading yachting events in the Mediterranean, where it unveiled one of the project’s most eagerly awaited milestones: the sale of berths at Marina City.
With over three hundred companies exhibiting at this year’s edition, the annual show was once again a focal point for the international yachting community, drawing together owners, captains, marinas, brokers and specialised firms from around the world.
One of the key announcements was the launch of berth sales and rental options at Marina City, with flexible terms of ten, fifteen and twenty years. This new berth offering caters to domestic and international clients looking for stability, a prime location and a premium suite of services.
A further highlight of the event saw the sales team, represented by Andrea Mallavia, take part in a forum organised by the Balearic Marine Cluster that addressed strategic topics such as geopolitics, global competitiveness and the Mediterranean’s position as a yachting destination.
““Palma highlighted the huge appeal of Valencia as a destination and the enthusiastic response to the release of these berths. The industry is looking for solid, forward-thinking projects with a long-term vision”, said Santiago Donat, Director of Marina Port Valencia.
Located just moments from the heart of Valencia, the aptly named Marina City has been designed to welcome yachts from 12 to 130 metres. The first of three marinas with berths available, it will be home to one of the project’s most exclusive pontoons, as well as dedicated berths for vessels between 24 and 60 metres.
The Marina Port Valencia development, which will be divided into Marina Norte, Marina Sur and Marina City, will go far beyond the traditional concept of a marina. It will feature restaurants, leisure venues, co-working studios, retail areas, a refit yard and a dry dock, all brought together within a meticulously curated landscape that reconnects the city with its waterfront.
